What?

FLIP is an eclectic mix of all things animation. Based in the heart of the Midlands the festival provides a wide range of experiences from educational workshops for young people to experimental animation for grown ups; from industry led panels to feature film screenings and from international showcases and retrospectives of short films to spotlights on animation studios.

FLIP is organised and run by Light House Media Centre . It is part funded by UK Film Council (Lottery) through Screen WM and Wolverhampton City Council

Where?

The home of Flip is in “Light House” and is housed with the historic Chubb Buildings in Wolverhampton, a 2 minute walk from the rail and bus stations and a 5 minute walk from the Metro station. Cycle Parking is located inside the covered courtyard and free car parking is available adjacent to the building on weekends and Mon-Fri after 5pm.

If you’re arriving by road then it is easy to locate, once you reach Wolverhampton just follow the directions for the train station.
